Mr. Arriola is responsible for the overall business development, operations, and strategy of Inktel. Prior to joining Inktel, Mr. Arriola held various executive-level positions in the entertainment, e-commerce, investment banking, and legal industries. Mr. Arriola holds degrees from Harvard University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.), St. John’s University School of Law (J.D.), and Boston College (B.A.). Mr. Arriola is active in his community serving on the Boards of Directors of the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Young President’s Organization, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Orange Bowl Committee and other organizations.
Mr. Arriola is responsible for managing and developing the company's national sales and marketing efforts as well as corporate strategy. Prior to co-founding Inktel, Eddy served in various roles for the Avanti/Case-Hoyt Corporation, including heading the company’s Creative Services Division as Director of Creative Services and later serving as General Manager for its Internet Development division, USWeb. In addition to his role at Inktel Direct, Eddy serves on the Board of Directors for TotalBank, one of the largest Florida based financial institutions, and on the Board of Directors of the not-for-profit organizations, Kristi House and EO (Past President). Eddy received his B.A. from Boston College and is a graduate of Harvard Business School´s OPM Program.
Mr. Arriola, a member of EO Chicago, oversees the sales and operations efforts of Inktel's Chicago operation. Mr. Arriola has also held previous roles with the company including Account Executive and Director of Business Development. He is a graduate of Xavier University. Mr. Arriola is a past recipent of a Johnson & Johnson scholarship to attend Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program.
Mr. Hernandez is responsible for all of the company’s financial reports, controls, and communications with the banking and financial community. He has over 30 years experience in various firms and industries. Prior to joining Inktel, he held management positions at Pfizer Inc, WOMETCO Enterprises Inc., Miami Merchandise Mart and Original Impressions. Mr. Hernandez received his B.B.A from Pace University in NYC and is a C.P.A.
Mr. Gonzalez has over 15 years of experience in operations within the domestic and international contact and service delivery sectors. His expertise spans multiple verticals in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors managing operations for tele-communications, e-commerce, automotive, retail and financial services companies. He oversees all of Inktel’s inbound and outbound contact center operations. In Mr. Gonzalez's contact center career, he has successfully overseen operations that serviced many industry-leading brands such as MSN.com, AOL.com, American Express, Sprint/Nextel, BellSouth and AT&T. Mr. Gonzalez has also been involved in leadership roles in the ATA and DMA.
Having joined Inktel shortly after its founding, Mr. Schlenker oversees Client Services for both of the Miami Lakes and Ft. Lauderdale offices. Responsibilities include managing a dedicated team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and Account Coordinators to service the day-to-day communication of Inktel’s partners as well as the transition, implementation, and launch of new acquisitions. Prior to Inktel Direct, Mr. Schlenker served as Manager of Service Excellence for AT&T. Mr. Schlenker received his B.A. from Florida International University. In addition to his role at Inktel Direct, Jason Schlenker serves on the Board of Directors for Hands on Miami, a local non-profit organization.
Mr. Recht serves as the Director of Operations for Inktel Direct’s Chicago division and oversees all aspects of Production and Client Services for over a dozen Fortune 1000 clients. Mr. Recht has two decades of experience in fulfillment, database, direct, and loyalty marketing. As Director of Operations, he has a proven record of results and proficiency in database management, e-commerce, direct response, product, literature, catalog, and continuity fulfillment along with direct mail, print-on-demand, order, transportation, and warehouse management systems. Greg holds a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and has a certification in Process Design and Mapping from the University of Florida along with a Supply Chain and Logistics certification from Georgia Tech's Institute of Technology.
Mr. Williams drives the company’s information systems and technology division, overseeing its strategic planning, development, telecommunications and infrastructure teams. He began his career with Smart-MD, working in the health information technology and education industries while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Florida International University. Mr. Williams has also received professional training and numerous technology certifications. Mr Williams is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, Sun Certified Java Developer, Data Warehousing and Relational Database expert, and specializes in several programming languages, including C#, VB.NET, Java, and C++. He is a member of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the Internet Society.
Mr. Arguelles oversees Inktel’s entire human resources, talent acquisition, and talent management strategies. He also directs the Inktel Direct Excellence Academy (IDEA) and the company’s nationwide college recruiting program. He began his career at Inktel as a college intern, working directly with Senior Management in the Accounting, Client Services, and HR departments, as well as with the Executive Team. Mr. Arguelles is an Honors graduate of Harvard University, where he received his Bachelor’s in English Literature.
Ms. Rivas serves as the Director of Operations for Inktel Direct's Chicago division, overseeing the company's production and warehouse operation. Ms. Rivas has over 10 years of experience in logistic, distribution, fulfillment, and warehouse management for Fortune 1000 companies. Versed under an ISO 9001/9002 environment, she is a specialist in quality assurance implementation and process improvement. Her responsibilities include man-power management, policy development and implementation, P&L, budget overview and cost control.
