Ms. Rivas started her Inktel Direct career in 1996. She serves as the Director of Operations for Inktel Direct's Chicago division, overseeing the company's production and warehouse operation. Ms. Rivas has over 10 years of experience in logistic, distribution, fulfillment, and warehouse management for Fortune 1000 companies. Versed under an ISO 9001/9002 environment, she is a specialist in quality assurance implementation and process improvement. Her responsibilities include man-power management, policy development and implementation, P&L, budget overview and cost control.
