Congratulations to Sam Gomez on being named Inktel Chicago’s Employee of the Year! Sam was recognized as EOY 2010 for his dedication and exemplary work performance year round. In a time when the department was short-staffed and multiple client requests were scheduled to launch, Sam showed leadership, initiative and commitment to providing quality output product while sacrificing his time (including weekends) to ensure project deadlines were met. Michelle Oliva is Inktel Direct’s Corporate Training Manager, responsible for all employee training initiatives related to the on-boarding of new partners, as well as the Inktel Direct Excellence Academy (IDEA). Michelle’s thoroughness, thoughtfulness, leadership, proactive thinking, commitment to taking on responsibility, and commitment to making her colleagues better, are what led to this honor. Michelle is someone who truly cares about who she works with, and wants to make them better and put them in better situations to succeed. It is with that knowledge that this award goes to her. Since the beginning of the company, he has always shown great dedication, integrity and passion in his work. This past year, Greg was a key part of acquiring and growing new business. When we talk about loyalty and commitment Hazel Morera comes to mind. Ms. Morera has been in the company since 1998. In her many years at Inktel she has always strived to provide high end services to all of our clients. Her experience at Inktel, has given her the necessary tools to succeed as an account executive. Among her many qualities, her positive attitude and her desire to assist others make her an excellent employee. In 2008 her performance was absolutely outstanding and for that we thank her.
