Since joining the company in January, Nicole quickly demonstrated her leadership skills and her willingness to help others.  She has grown from an Inbound sales agent to a Quality Assurance Supervisor to Team-Lead to shift supervisor in a few months.  Nicole constantly looks for ways to improve performance, and motivate her peers.   She is a great example of our “Passion for People.”  Congratulations, Nicole – you deserve it!
