Inktel Direct Appoints Randy Johns as Vice President of Operations

Miami – July 17, 2009– Randy Johns has been named Vice President of Operations of Inktel Direct, a business process outsourcer specializing in marketing and governmental services. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Johns, a 20 year veteran in the contact center industry, will spearhead the operations and management of its South Florida contact center locations under the direction of Luis Gonzalez, Senior Vice President of Operations.

Prior to joining Inktel Direct, Johns served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Americall, a division of Teleperformance specializing in CRM/BPO TeleServices for Fortune 1000 companies. At Americall, he was responsible for the management of 14 inbound/outbound call centers (2000+ seats) located in multiple states with over 4000 employees. In Johns’ contact center career, he has successfully overseen operations that serviced many industry-leading brands. He is a graduate of Hyles-Anderson College in Indiana.
