Ricky Arriola - CEO

Mr. Arriola held various executive-level positions in the entertainment, e-commerce, investment banking and legal industries.

Ricky holds the distinction of being an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow. His passion for his community inspired him to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Ricky has been named a South Florida “Ultimate CEO” by the South Florida Business Journal, and one of Poder Magazine’s “Most Influential People of 2010.” He has also been awarded the “Arts Hero” by the Arts and Business Council of Miami Dade County as well as a “2011 Role Model” by Miami Today for his work in the community. Mr. Arriola serves on President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. Mr. Arriola is also actively involved in many other organizations such as the Young President’s Organization, the Miami Art Museum, the American Teleservices Association, the Orange Bowl Committee and Leadership Florida. He also serves as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Ricky Arriola is responsible for the overall business development, operations and strategy of Inktel. Mr. Arriola leads the team of Inktel executives.

Summer Dennis - President & COO

Responsibilities

Summer Dennis is responsible for the direction and management of Operations, Client Services, Implementations, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and Training. She manages existing client revenue and retention as well as overall company profitability. Summer strives for excellence by creating a culture of high accountability across the organization and by actively promoting and executing best practices at Inktel. She takes pride in ensuring that Inktel’s culture is consistently embraced throughout every aspect of the company.

Professional Experience

Summer is a seasoned client services and operations executive with experience driving process efficiencies and margin improvements for Fortune 100 companies. She joined Inktel as the Vice President of Client Services and was promoted to her current role in January 2013. Prior to joining Inktel Contact Center Solutions, Summer served as Director of the Retail and Energy Client Group at Arise Virtual Solutions, the largest, global virtual service provider specializing in call center outsourcing using home-based agents. At Arise, she was responsible for a portfolio that included multiple Fortune 500 organizations and drove double digit revenue growth.

Education

Summer holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Texas. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

Personal

Summer’s favorite quote is by John Henry Newman – “Fear not that thy life shall come to an end, but rather that it shall never have a beginning.” Outside of work, her favorite activities are working out, taking her dogs for walks, and eating dinner outside on her courtyard where she can enjoy the nice Florida weather.

Ken Mark - Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities

Ken Mark is responsible for all of Information Technology and works to ensure maximum uptime of all of Inktel’s Sites and Data Centers. He has created a dynamic IT culture that is agile and efficient to accommodate our clients’ needs. Ken and his team develop and create new technologies to keep Inktel the leader in Contact Center Solutions including Chat, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ACD, IVR, Compliance technology and other customized client workflow solutions.

Professional Experience

Ken is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology field where he has led multiple teams in a senior management role. Prior to joining Inktel Contact Center Solutions in 2013, he served as a technology leader for various start-up and brick-and-mortar companies specializing in online marketing, sports, wholesale/distribution, health and fitness, education and internet service.

Education

Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University and was recently a finalist for the 2016 South Florida Business Journal Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the year award. Both Ken and his team are actively engaged in online and experiential learning to ensure they are operating at their best and are at the forefront of technological innovations in the contact center industry.

Personal

Ken is anavid sports fan and begins each workday at 5am doing CrossFit. He is mud-running junkie and has participated with his team in many of the local events such as Spartan, BattleFrog and Tough Mudder. He is also a supporter and promoter of Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu and spends much of his off hoursvolunteering his time supporting the local schools. Jason Schlenker - SVP of Business Development

Responsibilities

Jason Schlenker has played a key role in Inktel’s success. Jason is primarily tasked with growing the company’s revenue, identifying new industry verticals and services and helping shape policy and direction for the company as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Over the past 17 years, Jason has learned what it takes to create great partnerships and has come to value the impact of developing solutions that truly impact and innovate our clients’ businesses. After earning his Bachelor’s degree at Florida International University, he joined Inktel, an incredibly energetic company that put a premium on building great partnerships with its clients. 17 years later, Jason has worked in nearly every department at Inktel and continues to lead “The Inktel Way.”

Jason holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management from Florida International University.

Chris Spencer - VP of Business Development

Industry Experience

Chris cut his teeth into the world of outbound telemarketing with AT&T Canada in 1994 where he was responsible for Small Business customer acquisition. Since that time Chris has successfully delivered large telemarketing, marketing and customer support programs to some of the world’s largest brands; such as Walmart, Bell Canada, Citibank and many others.

Over the last 21 years Chris’ career has included progressively senior roles in both large public company’s and smaller entrepreneurial corporations.

Responsibilities

Chris Spencer’s key responsibilities include using Consultative and Solution-selling approaches with the E-tailer Industry. Through his entrepreneurial marketing approach, he performs prospecting for leads, generating referrals, networking, and develops “Go Forward” plans for current and potential clients of our organization.

Mr. Spencer holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Business/Managerial Economics from York University.

Christine Guzman - Financial Controller

Responsibilities

Inktel’s Financial Controller, Christine Guzman directs and manages the Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources teams.

As Inktel’s financial leader, she is responsible for corporate strategy and business integration through financial planning and analysis, resource allocation, accounting and reporting, treasury activities, and regulatory and tax compliance.

Christine is also responsible for the activities of the Human Resources and Payroll teams through strategic partnership with all key business functions, and by overseeing benefits management including serving as the retirement plan’s Trustee, legal and tax compliance, employee relations and engagement, and developing policies and procedures.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Inktel, Christine had several years of public accounting, audit and tax experience of publicly- and privately-held companies in several industries, as well as, corporate restructures including design and developing of internal control, ensuring multi-national legal and tax compliance, and participating in international pre- and post-acquisition transactions.

Education

Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), where she also participated and assisted with Myers-Briggs research studies of accounting students. She’s also completed graduate studies in Forensic Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, where she was selected to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Virtual Experience program.

Christine’s favorite quote is “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken,” by Oscar Wilde. Her favorite hobbies are songwriting and arranging music, and her goal is to inspire people to own their lives; to be fulfilled, live fearlessly, and follow their dreams.

Kyla Starks - VP of Client Services

Responsibilities

Kyla Starks is responsible for new business implementation, client satisfaction, retention, development, and strategic partnership alignment. An advocate for our clients, Kyla ensures a gratifying partnership and reduced client effort. She drives client satisfaction by putting the customer first and focusing on their unrecognized needs.

Industry Experience

Starting her career in the gaming industry, Kyla is an accomplished customer experience executive. She has more than 15 years of experience in the contact center industry, with extensive experience driving organizational change to transform effectiveness of interactions across multiple sites. Prior to joining Inktel, she served as Director of Client Results for Arise Virtual Solutions, and Director of Vendor Management for Ceasar’s Entertainment.

Education

Kyla attended school at Southwestern Tennessee in Memphis and holds a certification in Kaizen Lean Leadership.

Personal

Kyla’s favorite quote is by Deepak Chopra, “Relinquish your attachment to the known, step into the unknown, and you will step in the field of all possibilities.” Her hobbies include cooking food, reading about food, trying new restaurants and then of course running to burn all of it off!

Michelle Roza - Director of QA and Training Excellence

Responsibilities

Michelle Roza is responsible for leading all Quality Assurance and Training initiatives and managing more than 40 QA Evaluators and Coaches, as well as 7 Corporate Training Professionals. Michelle works with all of Inktel’s Operations Managers, Account Executives, Coaches and Trainers to maximize the efficiency and performance of every customer interaction. She is responsible for the development of all Quality Evaluators, Coaches, and Corporate Trainers, curriculum design & development, and for facilitating Inktel’s leadership and management training courses.

Industry Experience

Michelle has more than 15 years of training and leadership experience in the BPO outsourcing focusing on total CRM, customer acquisition and sales. She has transformed the training experience at Inktel. With her strong belief in empowering everyone she comes in contact with, Michelle has produced some of the most positive team members ever, really pushing and bringing out the best in every life she touches.

Education

Michelle attended Bauder College in Miami, FL and is a graduate of the Landmark Forum Education program.

Mindy Dunn - Director of Client Services

Responsibilities

Mindy Dunn is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of her programs as well as strategic planning for her department. In her role, she works as the internal voice for her clients and as a leader for her teammates. Her focus is on driving results, streamlining processes, and providing value to everyone she works with.
