At Inktel, an excellent Call Center Manager must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional. Operations Managers oversee the day-to-day activities of specific accounts--ensuring, through their leadership, the strategic attainment of key goals set internally and by our clients. To this end, candidates must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot, partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements. Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
