JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Sales Support is responsible for answering in-bound pre-sale questions by interacting with customers via phone regarding generator products as well as educating potential customers on the benefit of having an authorized sales dealer come to their home to perform an in-home assessment.

SCHEDULE:

  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

PAY:

  • $15.00 hour during production
  • $12.00 hour during training - 1 week

BENEFITS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Answer in-bound pre-sale questions over the phone regarding generator products.
  • Educate consumers on the benefit of having an authorized sales dealer perform an in-home assessment
  • Utilize various sales skills to cross-sell a variety of complex products to exceed customers’ needs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills;
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner;
  • Ability to accurately type while on the phone with customers;
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the customer and the company;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities according to importance and urgency;
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively;
  • Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility with schedule to account for business coverage and additional hours during storm response.
  • Ability to present information to a variety of audiences;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
