What You Can Expect: As part of Inktel’s paid summer internship program, students will have the opportunity to learn firsthand from our corporate professionals and operations team. During this period, each student becomes an asset to our company by applying their knowledge into our current Inktel projects. By the time each of our interns leave us, they will have a better idea of the type of career they would like to pursue upon graduation and the departments that collaborate to generate Inktel’s success. This internship will be approximately 8 weeks long beginning in June and ending prior to the start of school in August. Included will be a combination of site visits, peer meetings, in addition to presentations that will enable students to gain an in-depth understanding of Inktel’s business and their career possibilities following graduation. Although employment during this period is temporary by nature, there is a possibility that students will be offered a full-time position upon graduation. We place each candidate through an extensive interview process. Based on each applicant’s background and experience, they will be assigned to one of the following departments for consideration: • Call Center Operations • Information Technology • Accounting & Finance • Graphic Design • Social Media Management & Communications • Human Resources • Business Development & Sales • Client Services Each student will be paired with a mentor for the duration of their internship to help them get the most out of their experience. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a college/university with a declared major. • A minimum of four completed semesters. • Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills required to support multiple projects. • Personal initiative, with an ability to present and effectively interact with all levels of management and clients. • Excellent communications skills and ability to influence. • Ability to communicate and write in English. • Reliable transportation for possible travel between offices within Broward and Miami-Dade counties. • Proactive and positive work ethic with great customer service skills. • Innovative, outside-the-box thinker.
