Orlando Area ONLY – Customer Service Representatives – Fully Remote 9/20

We are looking for passionate customer service agents to assist with government employee relief assistance programs. The start date is Sept. 20, 2021. Apply quickly to be considered immediately!
If you love to help others and want to assist those in need, this may be the perfect program for you! This is a virtual customer support job taking incoming calls, working from home using your own computer equipment that meets the technical requirements outlined below. You must be able to establish a designated work space, free from noise and distractions to handle incoming phone calls.

Production schedule will vary anywhere between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Sunday. Must be able to work at least one weekend day and have a flexible schedule.
- Quick start: Mon, 8/23/2021
- Training: 5 days (Training is paid!), M-F 9am - 5pm, starting 8/23/21
- Work Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hrs/week, 8 hour shifts, at least 1 weekend day (no exceptions to weekend days)
- Training Pay: $11/hour
- Production Pay: Up to $14/hour ($12/hr guaranteed + $2 per hour extra for sticking to your work schedule 95% of the time)
- Equipment Stipend: Get $300 towards your home office setup split into two payments of $150 each when you complete 30 days after training and 60 days after training.
- Work-At-Home: Fully virtual with video interview, online training and work at home!
- Technology: You will need to have your own equipment. (See below specifications.)
