Outbound Customer Service Representative
In this role you will be making out-bound calls to prospects that contacted the company requesting more information about windows. You would prequalify the prospect, explain the benefit of having an in-home consultation, and set up consultation appointments.
SCHEDULE:
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Make outgoing calls to setup appointments.
Contact prospects to qualify.
Maintain and update lead generation database.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the leads process.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
Ability to accurately type while on the phone with customers.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the customer and the company.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities according to importance and urgency.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with cold calling
Ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
