Job description
**This is a REMOTE 1099 Independent Contractor position **
Come work with our awesome team! We are seeking fun and energetic individuals with great customer service experience.
Production schedule will vary anywhere between 9:00AM - 7:00PM EST, Monday-Friday.
- Quick start: Mon, 7/24/2023
- Training: 1 week Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Training is Paid!)
- Rate: $15.00/hour in Production ($15.00/hour in Training)
- Work Schedule: 30 hrs/week, 8 hour shifts, 4 weekdays
- Work-At-Home: Fully virtual position
- Technology: You will need to have your own equipment. (See below specifications.)
Responsibilities:
- Must have your own Equipment
- Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations/experience
- Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution(s)
- Troubleshoot technical issues that are related to products not working as expected
- Provided customer relationship management tool to research inquiries, document customer interactions, and issue replacements
- Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
- Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service
- Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each day
- Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player
- Experienced or knowledge with online payroll services and troubleshooting is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Two screens, can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop
- Use of Windows 10 or 11 pro desktop or laptop (No Macs or Chromebooks)
- Hardwired internet connection directly to router- just WiFi is not accepted
- A working computer camera
- Use of a USB headset with volume control
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
- Ability to explain complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone
- 1 year of customer service (required) 1 year of call center preferred
- Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.
