Seasonal Jewelry Support Specialist – Independent Contractor 11-17

Earn extra money in the comfort of your own home! Now hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representative to work from home supporting a major Jewelry company starting as soon as November 17 to on or before January 9, 2022. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels.
  • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectation.
  • De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
  • Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service.

  • Passionate about serving others and strong desire to take ownership to resolve customer issues
  • Proven record of great attendance
  • Able to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent problem solving skills & must have a “can do” attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
  • Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality or call center environment
  • Must be available to work one weekend day and holidays
  • Bilingual English and Spanish or French a plus!
  • For Work From Home eligibility, candidate must provide their own equipment or work onsite.
  • Must be able to work in a quiet distraction free environment for the entire shift.

Must be able to work between 6:00 AM to 11:00PM, Monday through Saturday and be flexible since schedule can change during the Holidays. 

PAY :

  • $15 an hour production pay

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Two screens, can be 2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop

• Use of Windows desktop or laptop (No Macs or Chromebooks)

• Hardwired internet connection directly to router- just WiFi is not accepted

• A working computer camera

• Use of a USB headset with volume control
