Inktel - Leadership Development Program

Hi there! We're excited to meet you. Our Leadership Development Program is aimed at helping you discover your potential through intense, engaging, hands-on experience. This program is not for the timid—it is for those who want to prove themselves and forge their own career path. It is designed to push your limits and get better by doing challenging work. Based on your career aspirations, strengths and early performance you will be assigned to rotate through different company departments over a twelve to eighteen-month period. You will get exposure to a variety of departments, which will help round out your experience and leadership.

Our Leadership Development Program is designed for candidates with little to no full-time professional work experience that are on track to graduate or have graduated from University within one year of applying.
