Hoot: You’ll need a reliable desktop or laptop computer, high-speed internet, and a clear headset with a microphone. Cell phones and tablets are not supported for assessments or training.

Hoot: We hire across many states nationwide! However, because of client requirements and licensing, certain roles are restricted to specific states. You will find state eligibility clearly listed in each job posting, and your recruiter will gladly walk through these details during your information session.

Hoot: For most of our customer care and representative roles, having at least one year of customer service experience sets you up for success. If you have contact center background, that is a fantastic plus, though transferable skills and a passion for helping people always shine brightly in your application!

Hoot: Once you submit your application through one of our job postings, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out directly to your inbox! Make sure to keep an eye on your email (and check that spam folder just in case) so you don’t miss our next update.

Hoot: Absolutely; your training is 100% paid! We invest in your success from day one, which is why attending every scheduled training session is mandatory. It ensures you have all the knowledge, confidence, and tools you need to hit the ground running!

Hoot: Time to celebrate! Your hard work paid off! First, you will receive a verbal offer from your recruiter. Right after, our Recruiting Admin will send you everything you need to complete your background check, sign your official offer letter, and finish up your onboarding steps so we can officially welcome you to the team!

To help them find your file quickly, be sure to share your full legal name, the position you applied for, your current stage (like assessment or interview), and the best phone number or email to reach you!
