Work from Home
Working from home is a great way to be able to spend less time commuting and more time spending with family and hobbies. Inktel gives employees the option to work from home and connect to their clients and teams to be safe and comfortable. Hiring and training as well can be virtual with Inktel staff located across the country in various states. “Inkcredibles”, no matter where they are, add passion the Inktel way… even if their chatty coworker is their pet dog.

Throughout the organization, Inktel is a company that strives to promote from within and foster career development based on individual strengths. It is through two internal programs, ACE Academy and Leadership Development Program, that this is accomplished.
Inktel offers ongoing career development through the Inktel ACE Academy which is a comprehensive, 18-month training program composed of ten modules addressing the most critical skills needed for supervisors and managers. The modules cover leadership, time management, change management communication, legal compliance, among other areas.
Leadership Development Program:
A program designed to develop a firm career foundation for recent college graduates who demonstrate a profound desire to succeed and thrive on being challenged. For approximately nine months of the program trainees will rotate among three required departments. After these are completed, the LDP members are then placed in various elective tracks that will be chosen based on job performance, participants’ preferences, and Inktel’s business needs.
