Ricky Arriola - CEO
Mr. Arriola held various executive-level positions in the entertainment, e-commerce, investment banking and legal industries.
Ricky holds the distinction of being an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow. His passion for his community inspired him to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Ricky has been named a South Florida "Ultimate CEO" by the South Florida Business Journal, and one of Poder Magazine's "Most Influential People of 2010." He has also been awarded the "Arts Hero" by the Arts and Business Council of Miami Dade County as well as a "2011 Role Model" by Miami Today for his work in the community. Mr. Arriola serves on President Obama's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. Mr. Arriola is also actively involved in many other organizations such as the Young President's Organization, the Miami Art Museum, the American Teleservices Association, the Orange Bowl Committee and Leadership Florida. He also serves as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Ricky Arriola is responsible for the overall business development, operations and strategy of Inktel. Mr. Arriola leads the team of Inktel executives.

Dan Arriola - President
Dan Arriola is responsible for the overall execution and financial performance of Inktel Contact Center Solutions. He oversees the Executives that lead Operations, Client Services, and Information Technology. Dan strives for excellence by creating a culture of high accountability across the organization and by actively promoting and executing best practices at Inktel. He takes pride in ensuring that Inktel's culture is consistently embraced throughout every aspect of the company.
Prior to Inktel, As CEO of iD Commerce + Logistics, Dan Arriola lead the overall business development, operations, and strategy. iD Commerce + Logistics is a premier 3rd party logistics firm, specializing in product fulfillment. iD Commerce + Logistics was acquired by Symbia Logistics in 2019.
Dan is a graduate of Xavier University and a past recipient of a Johnson & Johnson scholarship to attend Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management's NMSDC Advanced Management Education Program. He is also a 2010 graduate of the "Owner/President Management" Program at Harvard Business School.
Jason Schlenker - EVP
Jason Schlenker has played a key role in Inktel's success. Jason is primarily tasked with growing the company's revenue, identifying new industry verticals and services and helping shape policy and direction for the company as a member of the Executive Management Team.
Over the past 17 years, Jason has learned what it takes to create great partnerships and has come to value the impact of developing solutions that truly impact and innovate our clients' businesses. After earning his Bachelor's degree at Florida International University, he joined Inktel, an incredibly energetic company that put a premium on building great partnerships with its clients. 17 years later, Jason has worked in nearly every department at Inktel and continues to lead "The Inktel Way."
Jason holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sports Management from Florida International University.
Jason's all-time favorite quote is by Zig Ziglar, "Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude," and his favorite hobbies are skiing and riding motorcycles.

Christine Guzman - Chief Financial Officer
Inktel's Chief Financial Officer, Christine Guzman leads the Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources teams. She was inducted into the Forbes� Finance Council in 2018.
As Inktel's financial leader, she directs and manages the business's corporate strategies and business integrations through financial planning and reporting, treasury management, resource allocation, and regulatory and tax compliance, while also managing the legal environment.
Christine also oversees Payroll and Human Resources through strategic partnership with all key business through benefits management, employee relations and engagement, legal and tax compliance, and developing policies and procedures. She currently serves as Inktel's retirement plan Trustee.
Prior to joining Inktel, Christine gained several years of public accounting, audit and tax experience of publicly- and privately-held companies in a number of industries. In the corporate environment, she's led complex corporate restructures through the design and development of internal control, and participated in international pre- and post-merger and acquisitions while ensuring multi-national legal and tax compliance.
Christine obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), where she also participated and assisted with Myers-Briggs research studies of accounting students. She's also completed graduate studies in Forensic Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, where she was selected to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Virtual Experience program.
Christine's favorite quote is "Be yourself; everyone else is already taken," by Oscar Wilde. Her favorite hobbies are songwriting and arranging music, and water sports. Her goal is to inspire people to own their lives; to be fulfilled, live fearlessly, and follow their dreams.
Ken Cross - Vice President, Operations
Ken Cross is responsible for the direction and management of Operations, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and Training. Ken is a process-oriented leader that focuses heavily on structure, consistency, and accountability. He works with our site leaders and managers to ensure people development is occurring at all levels and to ensure client and internal needs are being consistently met.
Before joining Inktel, Kenworked for TMS Health (now known as Conduent) where he was the Executive Vice President responsible for Operations and Client Services for both national and international locations totaling 850+ employees and 38 clients. While at TMS Health, Ken led several successful initiatives specifically targeted at growing revenue, improving the overall customer experience, and reducing attrition. Prior to TMS Health, Ken was a Senior Director at Office Depot in charge of outsourced vendor operations for inside sales. Prior to Office Depot, Ken worked in various roles within the contact center industry including roles at Influent, Sitel, and even previously at Inktel.
Ken attended school at University of Maryland University College.
Felipe Rodriguez - Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Felipe is responsible for new product innovation and development, ongoing maintenance of our existing product suite, and for leading and developing our team of software developers.
Felipe has been in the industry for over 14 years and worked for large healthcare companies as well as startups. In the course of his career he has led teams of engineers and software developers across the country and internationally, most recently as CTO of a software development company focused in contact centers. As a visionary in the space of contact center technology, he is actively involved in the industry and has participated as a speaker at trade shows and organizations like SOCAP.
Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Florida International University and received his Master's in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds multiple technical certifications including: CPHIMS, ITIL and GCIH.
